Bosnian Power Equipment Maker Energoinvest Rasklopna Oprema Cuts Capital by 40%

Bosnian power equipment producer Energoinvest Rasklopna Oprema said it has cut its capital to almost 39 million marka ($26 million/20 million euro) from just over 64 million marka after slashing the number of its shares.

The company has reduced the number of its shares by 25,364,120 to 38,971,275, keeping their par value at 1.0 marka each, Energoinvest Rasklopna Oprema said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange earlier this week. It did not elaborate.
