Croatia's HBOR oks 8.9 bln kuna (1.2 bln euro) in new loans in Jan-Nov

Croatian state-owned development bank HBOR said it has approved 8.9 billion kuna ($1.5 billion/1.2 billion euro) in new loans in the first eleven months of 2012, up 48% from a year earlier.
