Contracts on housing loans accepted

Contracts between the Government of Montenegro and Podgorica-based Erste bank on financing the completion of work on the construction of the facility intended for the needs of the Police Administration were accepted on Thursday, February 18.

The Government also accepted the warranty for the contract on the loan between Erste bank and the Montenegrin Fund for Solidarity Housing Development. The credit arrangement of EUR 3.8m is intended for the purchase of real estates in Niksic, which are in the ownership of the independent union of Rudnici boksita. In that land, the housing fund plans the construction of apartments for socially endangered categories of population.
