On Monday, December 15, the Montenegrin Government announced that the office of the American-Montenegrin business council will be opened in Montenegro as a centre for cooperation with the entire region.

The focus of work of the office will be the economic development, trade, investments and high education. This was informed after the meeting of representatives of the American state of Maryland and Montenegrin Minister for Economic Development Branimir Gvozdenovic.

The offices in Montenegro and in Paris are the only representative offices of Maryland in Europe. This is a way in which Maryland shows great interest in realising joint ventures in Montenegro.
